Dear All,

I hope you have all enjoyed a good start to 2026, the weather has put play to running but we did manage to squeeze in a track session which taught many members how to ice skate apparently! The weather this week looks warmer but if we experience another cold snap do check Whatsapp as we do sometimes have to cancel if the track is frozen and not suitable for running on.

Well done to all of the members who turned out for the club at Haughley today, the results will take a week or so to come through and will be shared then. It was also part of our Junior Grand Prix, once the results are through we will share the latest standings of this. A reminder on the next three dates for the league:

Bungay – 25th January
Pakenham (Bury) – 8th February

There were a couple of Pacers at the Ryston cross country today too, well done Eloise Bird and Christine Anthony!

This Wednesday sees the return of the EACCL at Broadland Country Park. All members are able to run in this winter league, the full details for the races on Wednesday afternoons are available here.
