The club is run by a committee of volunteers elected on an annual basis that meets at least once every 3 months. Any member can ask to view the minutes of these meetings. Email secretary@pacers.org.uk to request access.
An annual general meeting is held once per year – usually late May after the renewal of membership in April. Details will be sent by email to all members. We encourage active participation of the membership in this meeting where the previous year is reviewed, ideas are gathered for the coming year and a new committee is elected.
