The Ryan’s Suffolk Grand Prix comprises seven events (ten races) selected from the Suffolk racing calendar over the course of the year (the events selected change year-on-year).

Stowmarket Half Marathon – Sun 19th Mar
Sudbury Fun Run – Fri 7th Apr
Stephen Williams 10K – Sun 7th May
Newmarket 10K – Sun 25th Jun
Saxon 5 – Sun 15th Oct
Hadleigh 10 & 5 – Sun 19th Nov
Turkey Trot 10 – Sun 9th Dec
Your best five scores from up to seven of the races will be used to calculate points. These are awarded to the winner of the following categories:
Overall Club
Club: Men’s, Club: Ladies
Male Senior, M40, M45, M50, M55, M60, M65, M70+
Female Senior, F40, F45, F50, F55, F60, F65, F70+
