Together with the Championship races this league is the Clubs main priority as far as Cross Country is concerned. A series of five races each around 5 to 6 miles long. First seven men and three ladies count towards team. Winning team invited to National Final. Runners must do two league runs to be eligible for final. Each league run has a fun run for Junior members. 11am start. Full results on County website

Low- key friendly league, great fun. Wide variety of different courses all over East Anglia. Many treat it as a good hard training run or a change from the track. Ladies normally run one lap 4-5k and the men two 8-10k. Races start at 2:30 and are often followed by refreshments. Four to score in each team. Well worth taking an afternoon off.
