| Park at Nowton Park warm up in the park and come out of the park in the south west corner near Nowton cricket club. The start is marked on the road (yellow spray paint) near the triangle with the village sign on. Start on this corner and run towards Bury. This is the part of the course where you need to tuck right in and be most aware of the traffic. Turn left into Fox and Pin lane the first left and basically keep turning left. Five miles is just under four laps and each mile is clearly sprayed on the road.
