| Park at Nowton Park and head out of the gate tuning left towards Nowton Village. Turning left in Nowton continue to the A134 turning
g right and crossing onto the footpath. In Gt Whelnetham
bear left at the Post Office towards Little Whelnetham. Stay on this road all the way to Gedding Village and continue straight on into Felsham. Turn left in Felsham and then follow the road round to the left towards Rattlesden. Take the second on the left (Rattlesden Road) towards Driinkstone Green (bit of an uphill). At the T junction turn left and shortly after turn right into Park Road towards Hessett. At about 12 miles you will briefly join Drinksone road. Turn left and shortly after on the bend turn left again on to Hessett. Turn left in Hessett village and then right at the green into Heath Road. At the end turn right and then left at the next towards Rougham. At the Pub in Rougham turn right towards Thurston. Around 15m you will turn left along Church Road, tuning right at the end towards Blackthorpe. Keep on this road through the village until 18m turning right at the yellow house back towards Bury. Next, make a right into Rushbrooke Lane and continue to the end, taking the footpath left towards Southgate Green roundabout. Cross the A134 and continue along Nowton Road back into the Park.
