	Ipswich Jaffa vs Striders 5k

There Ipswich JAFFAs are holding a 5k race at Northgate sports centre on the Monday 13th September, this is also open to all local suffolk running clubs to bring runners. Round Norfolk Relay - 18th-19th September.

This is the list of legs for the Round Norfolk Relay on the 18th-19th September. If you would like to run, provide bike/car support or help with timekeeping please contact Pete Golding or David Overman.

We will have further information and sheets to sign on for various jobs at the club hut at the track.

The start times are based on an overall average of 8 minute miles, of course some of our runners will be slower than that and some quicker. The actual start time will not be known until our team is submitted to the organisers.

	Tom Kingsnorth running an Ultra 100

From Tom Kingsnorth: On Friday 25th June at 6pm, I will be starting the Cotswold Ultra 100 mile race, running through the night and most of the next day as well. Training has consisted of long, long runs of up to 36 miles and up to 5 hours, and I am hoping to finish in under 24 hours. This is a chance for me to see how far my body will go in the name of running! As this is very much a one off, I am also taking the chance to raise money for charity, namely St Nicholas Hospice here in Bury St Edmunds and St Elizabeth Hospice in Ipswich. Any support is greatly appreciated and further details are on my two Just Giving pages: here and here. (Who knows, it is also possibly a chance to set a club record?!) Best wishes, Tom K
