Part of the Friday 5 series of races. This is a 5 mile race starting in Nowton Park for the first 1.5 miles then heads off to High Green and Nowton village before returning to Nowton Park for the finish. There is a juniors run that stays within the park itself.
Please Note: A section of the course from High Green is over private land. We have permission to run here for the duration of the race only. Please do not use this section of the course for warming up or down as this could put the future of the race in jeopardy.

Main Race: 7:30pm - £7.00 attached, £9.00 unattached. Entries on the night plus £1.00
Junior Fun Run 7:00pm - Enter on the night - Fee £3.00
On-site Parking, Toilets, Refreshments and Beer Tent. No changing facilities
Closing date for on-line entries was 23:59 Sunday 21 June. About 170 entries available on the night.
