The Suffolk Winter League (SWL) is a series of six cross country races run throughout winter and is only open to Suffolk running clubs. There are team prizes as well as individual prizes for age category winners (to qualify you need to run 4 out of the 6 races).

Race Times and Distances
Junior Race: 10.45am - 2.2 miles
Senior Race: 11.00am - single lap 4.7 miles
Course suitable for spikes throughout
Please car share where possible

Entry: Entry is on the day only and costs £4 per person. Only members of running clubs that take part in the league are eligible to participate in this event and official club tops must be worn.
This is a free event for all Pacers, but just remember to wear your Pacers vest!
Entry is free to all races in the Series for Pacer members, Senior and Junior
